Who is Lifesmart Spas?

Lifesmart Spas are manufactured by the global hot tub leader who has built more than 1.5 million hot tubs over 30+ years. When and how will my accessories arrive?

Lifesmartliving.com accessories and parts are all shipped via FedEx Ground (continental U.S. only). Orders will be processed and shipped typically within 10 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What is Curbside Delivery?

All hot tubs are delivered curbside by common carrier; curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item to the curb at the end of your driveway, signature required; be sure to inspect your hot tub carefully and note any damage on the bill of lading; the driver is not authorized to move your hot tub to the backyard or place it inside your home; this service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

What comes with the spa?

How does FROG @ease Sanitizing System work?

FROG @ease combines two essential parts, in two replaceable cartridges:  

  • FROG Sanitizing Minerals®, the proven FROG mineral formula that kills bacteria – the blue cartridge 
  • SmartChlor® Technology, a unique, patented chlorine that maintains a consistently low chlorine level for weeks – the silver cartridge. 

It’s the combination of the FROG @ease Mineral Cartridge and the SmartChlor Cartridge that creates Fresh Mineral Water® in the hot tub – water that’s Cleaner, Clearer, Softer and Easier to maintain.  

How much will it cost to operate the spa?

Actual operating cost will vary depending on the model chosen, usage, and electrical cost where you live. However, on average, Lifesmart Spas cost between $20-$50 per month to operate.

Can the spa be delivered to the backyard or deck?

No. The spa is only delivered to the curbside in front of the driveway. Generally, two people with a furniture dolly can move the spa to the desired location. Check your local service directory to find a moving service or contractor to assist with moving the spa if needed. 

What type of foundation is required for the spa?

The spa requires support of at least 80 lbs. per square foot, whether it be a deck or on the ground. If installed on the ground, the foundation can be a concrete slab 4 inches thick, or even pavers. However, if using pavers, the ground must be compressed first before laying down pavers.

What is the return policy for items purchased on Lifesmartliving.com?

For Parts / Accessories Purchases: If you purchased a part or accessory from LifesmartLiving.com and wish to return it, fill out this return form. Items submitted for return after they have shipped will be subject to a return shipping fee. If your item has not shipped yet, call our customer care team at 888-961-7727 or email ownersupport@watkinsmfg.com to cancel your order. If you use your own shipping method for your return, you must email the tracking number to ownersupport@watkinsmfg.com to ensure your refund is processed. All parts and accessory returns must be requested within 60 days from the time of purchase.

For Spa & Sauna Purchases: If you purchased a Lifesmart Spa at a participating retailer, you must return the spa through the same retailer.

For Replacement Cover & Panel Purchases: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for these products. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Lifesmart Spas is not responsible for any errors in measurements or make/model ordering. We strongly recommend double-checking the make/model and dimensions of your spa before making a purchase. If you need help with this process, call 888-961-7727. If there are any issues with your delivery, including refusal of delivery, and the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $300 shipping fee.
