Returns

For Parts / Accessories Purchases: If you purchased a part or accessory from LifesmartLiving.com and wish to return it, fill out the return form below. We only accept returns in new, unused condition. Items submitted for return after they have shipped will be subject to a return shipping fee. If your item has not shipped yet, email ownersupport@watkinsmfg.com to cancel your order. If you use your own shipping method for your return, you must email the tracking number to ownersupport@watkinsmfg.com to ensure your refund is processed. All parts and accessory returns must be requested within 60 days from the time of purchase.

For Replacement Cover Purchases: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for these products. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Lifesmart Spas is not responsible for any errors in measurements or make/model ordering. We strongly recommend double-checking the make/model and dimensions of your spa before making a purchase. If you need help with this process, call 888-961-7727. If there are any issues with your delivery, including refusal of delivery, and the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $300 shipping fee.

For Spa Purchases: If you purchased a Lifesmart Spa from a participating retailer, you must return the spa through the same retailer.
