Shipping policy

Small Parts & Accessories: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) via FedEx Home Delivery, within the continental U.S. only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Replacement Covers: Replacement covers are made-to-order. Once your item has shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking number. All sales are final for this item, refer to our Return Policy. We do not accept returns of this product. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Lifesmart Spas is not responsible for any errors in cover measurements or make/model ordering. If there are any issues with your cover delivery, including refusal of delivery, and the cover is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $300 shipping fee.
