The buyer accepts the following conditions for all Replacement Cover and Replacement Panel orders:
- All cover and panels orders are custom-made, and once shipped, sales are final.
- Returns and refunds are not available for these products. As each product is specifically made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all cover purchases.
- Lifesmart Spas is not responsible for any errors in measurements or ordering the incorrect SKU.
- If delivery is refused, a $300 shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
