How to Measure Your Hot Tub for a New Cover
Measuring your hot tub for a replacement cover is quick and easy! Using a tape measure, start by measuring the length and width of your hot tub from one outer edge to the other. If your spa has rounded corners, use two straight edges to find the curve and measure the corner radius. Next, measure the skirt length—the fabric flap that hangs down—from the bottom of the cover to the bottom edge of the tub, typically 4 to 5 inches. Be sure to note the shape of your hot tub.
